A small chat model, running in your browser
A 97.5M-parameter chat model trained from scratch in paperkiln and run by ember.cpp compiled to WebAssembly, so it answers from inside your browser. Both were written by Jonathan Reich. It chats and answers some simple questions, and gets many facts wrong. The model (221 MB, 16-bit) downloads once; nothing you type is sent anywhere.
